Why Choose Me
Why Families Trust Nurturing Waves
Every family is different—and so is the support they need. Some moms need help with overnight care so they can finally sleep. Others want a calm, knowledgeable presence to guide them through feeding, baby soothing, or simply adjusting to life with a newborn.
I'm often described as a “baby whisperer,” a “trusted aunt,” or even an “extra mom.” With experience supporting both younger and mature mothers, and a deep understanding of postpartum recovery, I provide care that feels like family.
A Heart for Helping Families Thrive
As a mother of three and the seventh of eight siblings, caregiving has always come naturally. Inspired by the support I received after my own births, I became a doula to help other women experience that same nurturing. I’ve seen firsthand how rest and reassurance can change everything after birth—especially for moms who have encountered some struggles be it adjusting to first time parent or other issues that have or can arise with both birth and postpartum .
You deserve to be supported. You deserve sleep, care, and the peace of mind that someone capable and kind is here to help. Whether you’re navigating your first baby or balancing a busy household with a newborn, I’d love to walk alongside you.
